You don't leave with notes: you leave with a piece of furniture. You build a side table in Kotibe wood, from the rough board to the final finish — choosing the wood, measuring, cutting, joining and finishing every piece with your own hands.
How you'll build it.
You spend 90% of the time at the bench with a tool in your hand. This is the path, from just enough theory to a finished piece:
Species, properties, defects and wood movement — just enough theory so you don't slip up when choosing and preparing your material.
You learn to read a woodworking plan, draw up the materials list and plan your side table before touching the wood.
You measure, mark and cut every piece from the rough board.
You shape the wood: thicknessing, jointing, panel saw, bandsaw and router.
You assemble the frame and glue up the pieces so everything fits firm and square.
You sand and apply the finish so your side table comes out looking professional.

If you cancel
- More than 7 days before: 100% refund.
- Between 7 days and 24 h before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 h before: no refund.
This reflects the time we need to find another student to fill the place.
If Made de Madera cancels
If we have to cancel the course, we refund you 100%. A course may be cancelled if it doesn't reach the minimum of 3 students enrolled.
Date changes
- More than 15 days before: no penalty.
- Within the 15 days before: 50 € penalty.
